Where does it begin ?

When Luminis Academy approached us, they were frustrated with their outdated digital infrastructure. Their existing ERP system was rigid, lacked automation, and failed to meet the evolving demands of a fast-growing skill training institute. Daily operations like academic scheduling, student onboarding, and lead tracking were cumbersome and manually managed, costing them time, efficiency, and growth opportunities.

  • Smart Academic Calendar: Built a timetable engine that auto-generates daily schedules for each batch based on faculty availability.
  • EOD Automation: Automated End-Of-Day reports for all employees, capturing activity logs, student progress, task completion, and performance metrics
  • Lead Pool & Marketing CRM: Designed an intelligent lead pooling system integrated with social media ad accounts (Meta, Google), routing leads automatically to telecallers based on team roles, zones, and availability.
