Where does it begin ?

RedHorn Interiors, a fast-growing interior design company, approached us with a challenge that was deeply embedded in their daily operations. Their team was relying on Excel spreadsheets to prepare detailed quotations for high-end interior projects, each requiring hundreds of line items across multiple project stages like design, production, installation, and finishing.

And when they said “detailed,” they meant it right down to every hinge, handle, bolt, and even nails used in production.

But as their business scaled, this approach became inefficient. Preparing a quotation could take 2–3 days, with multiple team members cross-verifying prices, quantities, and margins. Errors were costly, and delays often resulted in lost client confidence.

Even more critically, RedHorn wanted to ensure transparency and fairness; they were committed to never overcharging clients, and needed a system that helped them confidently track costs, margins, and price justifications.
