Adens Events partnered with Accelray to build a clean and efficient quotation management system tailored for their event services workflow. The goal was to create a simple web interface where the team could quickly generate professional PDF quotations covering food menus, stage decorations, table and chair arrangements, and custom pricing for each service. We developed a lightweight, user friendly platform that streamlines the entire quotation process, reduces manual effort, and ensures consistent, polished proposals for their clients. With a focus on simplicity and accuracy, the system enables Adens Events to prepare customized event quotations within minutes.

Scope: Web Based Quotation Builder, PDF Generation Engine, Custom Pricing for Food Menu Items, Decoration Pricing Module, Seating Arrangement Pricing, Backend Architecture and Admin Controls (Laravel, PHP)
