For Luminis Institute, Accelray built a smart CRM and HR automation system to streamline lead management, counselor workflows, and team performance. We developed an intelligent lead pooling engine integrated with Meta and Google ads, routing leads automatically to telecallers based on zones and roles. The system tracks counselor follow-ups, lead status, and conversions boosting enrollment rates. Additionally, HR operations were digitized with End-of-Day (EOD) automation, capturing staff activity, task completion, and performance metrics for transparent evaluation.
